Casey N. Foreman-
Psychologist, Psy.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Casey N. Foreman is a licensed clinical psychologist, currently working within OB-GYN, Internal Medicine and Pain practices, offering therapy and consultation to women, men and couples. She holds a certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. Within an integrated behavioral health setting, Dr. Foreman collaborates closely with medical providers to support patients whose emotional wellbeing is closely connected to their physical health.
With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Foreman specializes in women’s mental health, including perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, infertility, grief and loss, menopause, and the emotional impact of chronic pain and medical illness. Her clinical training at Rush Medical Center and Northwestern Internal Medicine focused on supporting patients navigating co-occurring medical and mental health concerns. She completed her APA-accredited predoctoral internship and postdoctoral residency at Primary Care Psychology Associates at Northwestern Medicine.

Dr. Foreman strongly believes in the effectiveness of the integrated behavioral health model. By collaborating closely with medical providers, she helps ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care that supports both their physical and emotional wellbeing. Liza R. Sherbin, LCSW
Therapist
Liza Sherbin is a licensed clinical social worker who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, perinatal mental health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Liza provides a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where treatment is thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s needs. Her work is strengths-based and trauma-informed, drawing from a cognitive behavioral approach to help clients develop insight, build practical coping strategies, and foster lasting change.
She has a particular appreciation for the role mental health plays across the lifespan, including during pregnancy, postpartum, and other significant medical or developmental transitions. Liza values the therapeutic relationship and strives to empower clients to build confidence, resilience, and more balanced lives.
Liza is currently accepting new patients and offers virtual appointments. She is licensed in Illinois and Michigan.
