In-Network Insurance

‘In Network’ means I am a preferred provider with your insurance company. This allows your insurance to cover some, most, or all of your session costs. Please contact us to verify that your insurance company covers psychotherapy services.

I currently accept the following insurance throughout Illinois:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shields


Out-Of-Network Insurance

If I do not accept your health insurance I will be glad to provide you with an itemized bill so that you can submit it directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can find out if you have out-of-network benefits by calling your insurance company’s member services.

As an alternative, you can download the app, Reimbursify, to assist you with filing your reimbursement claim with your insurance plan.


Low-Cost Counseling Option

I realize that starting counseling is a commitment of time and financial resources. If I do not accept your health insurance and you do not have room in your budget to pay our out-of-network fee, I can work with you to offer a sliding scale, out-of-pocket fee. Please contact me to discuss this option.

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.


Cancellation Policy

Your session time is especially reserved for you. If you need to reschedule or are unable to attend a session, please make sure you call or email no later than 5pm the day before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged a $75 late rescheduling/cancellation fee.
